So, I had interviewed so many realtors through this process and I was just not sure who I would go with. Not only was he very easy to work with and extremely prompt to respond, the one thing that really stood out that puts Nate above and beyond any other realtor was his knowledge of renovations. My wife and I were on a tight budget. Finding a “forever” home in Orange County was extremely challenging when you’re looking at homes on Zillow on your own. We would look at homes and think, “this house is great, but the counters and cupboards really look terrible with the style we are going for” and we would simply skip to the next home because we thought the costs to upgrade would demolish our budget. When we started looking at homes with Nate, we went to a couple homes that my wife and I had passed on because of the cupboards or counters… but Nate has such precise knowledge of renovation cost and we came to find out that upgrading counters or cupboards etc. wouldn’t be nearly as expensive as we thought! Nate was incredibly professional. It began with his expertise in repairs for our condo to make sure we would get a high offer. His experience with flipping homes really benefited us. The listing itself was insanely amazing. The virtual tour, photos, and drone video footage were pristine and attractive!
